FAQ

Are these just retrofitted shipping containers?
NOPE! Our pods are built from the ground up to be homes. all new materials, with insulation

Do you install a foundation? 
That's the best part! we don't need one! we use a battle tested Swedish invention called "ground screws"
No permits required - because we use ground screws, no foundation, no permit approval needed

Do podsita's require permits?
because they are classified as temporary structures, (has no concrete foundation) they don't require a permit. because they are removable.
permitting typically takes 4-6 weeks. 

Permitting assistance included for larger project sizes 3+ pods

Does the price include land?
no.

Have limited space on your land?
Stack'em up to 2-3 high!

What about hurricanes?
We have custom size storm doors to protect the windows.

Will the ground screws hold up in a hurricane?
Yes.

What is your lead time?

Do you offer custom colors?
no. we have references for local painters

Do you offer a payment plan for financing?
